Crystallite is a unique liquid glass system that allows mass production of superior quality resin bevels time and time again at a fraction of the cost of glass bevels. If offers a unique dry surface so finished panels will not get contaminated by finger prints or dust. Once a panel has been produced it can be stored upright immediately allowing for more space for further panels to be made. As the resin bevels are dry, sealed unit manufacturing suddenly becomes easier as there are no handling issues.

Separate areas or complete panels can be easily coloured giving unique individual results.

The resin beveles can be made into any size unit and a contour resin can be added at anytime after production to create individual panels simulating adhesive lead strip. a special range of colours can also be added to individual bevels or bevel clusters creating beautiful transparent bevel clusters, without the necessity of volume screen printing.

The new Creative Resins pumping system allows for an airless transfer of the resin materials discarding air bubbles and allowing perfect panels to be produced without any leakages, mess or waste of materials.

Crystallite resin bevels are at least 8 times faster to produce compared to other resin systems. The finished items are vastly superior and can be mass produced with minimal moulds and minimal staff, producing perfect panels repeatedly - no air - no bubbles - no wastage.

Crystallites unique mould system will last indefinately if used as per the instructions given. Being of a solid construction they do not require overnight heating or cleaning, as is the requirement of a silicone mould.

The resin bevel system is popular in doors and windows and can also be manufactured in sheet form and then cut to size allowing smaller users the ideal opportunity of being able to offer resin bevel panels to their customer. To produce crystallite resin bevels you will need the Crsyatllite injection machine. This is a pneumatically powered medium output machine,designed to accurately mix and inject the Crystallite resin into a mould. The precision fluid achieves a mix output from as low s 150g/min up to 4kg/min.
