The new range of Spraycoat resins offers a revolutionary new process for creating a vastrange of colours for glass. Sprayed onto glass and formulated in less than one minute via our up to the minute software, you can now mix in house to achieve BS, RAL, Pantone, NCS and any colour imaginable.

There are no hidden ingredients to add to this product - once you purchase the product and mix it together your warranty is activated. There is no need to purchase any additional outside products which give no warranty.

Opaque, Transparent, translucent, metallic, pearlescent and sparkling finishes are available

The Spraycoat resins are all quick drying, hardwearing and UV Stable.

Spray resin can also be achieved as a two tone with wording and signage.

Spraycoat resins are ideal for splashbacks, curtain walling, spandrel glass, wet rooms, glass partitions, signage and cladding to name but a few.

The Spraycoat resins come as a base and hardener and are mixed together in a ration of 2:1. Our own software gives a recipe of individual colours so if a customer comes in and wants a specific RAL, BS or Pantone colour you can type in the reference on the screen and the recipe will be given to you. We also have a swatch box which has colour swatches in if your customer would prefer to pick their own colour to match the interior of the house, office etc. Once the colour is decided, the recipe is then measured out. Each recipe makes 1 litre of Spraycoat so you can adjust the quantities accordingly.

1 litre of Spraycoat resin will cover approximately 4-6 square metres depending on the colour.

The colour is then poured into a bottom loading spray gun and the spraying process can begin.

The Spraycoat resins are available as a starter kit. The starter kit includes the Spraycoat base station as you can see in the photo on the left. The base station keeps the colour pigments mixed so no powder rests on the bottom on the tin ensuring the same colour is mixed each time. The starter kit also comes with 50 litres spraycoat base and 25 litres spraycoat hardener, a swatchbox, set of scales, spraycoat software and 23 x 2.5 litres spraycoat colour pigment. The spraycoat starter kit is shipped worldwide.

This is a glass work surface which has been sprayed with our black colour pigment. Metallic pigments can also be added to the black to give a sparkle effect to the glass. The finish of the Spraycoat resins are so smooth that they can be used anywhere around the house from glass tiles, shower rooms, wet rooms to name but a few.

For the spraying process we recommend using the same method that most existing sprayers use. The first coat needs to be sprayed top to bottom, left to right and diagonal left to right starting at the top whilst the second coat is sprayed bottom to top, right to left and diagonal right to left starting at the bottom.

Spray at a constant speed and constant height 18 to 21cm away from the glass. We recommend using a dry back spray booth without doors but with good ventilation. A low pressure, high volume spraying system is recommended. This system does not require a compressor and limits over spray. You will achieve a far better coverage and save on materials. Sprayed surfaces will dry naturally.

NEW GRANITE EFFECT PIGMENT - Launched at the Big 5 show 2008, our new granite effect pigment has proved immensely popular as when sprayed onto glass it gives a granite effect so is great for worktops as unlike granite it is non pourous.It is also cheaper to produce than traditional granite work surfaces.

Our various effects have also been improved and we now have crystal sprakle effects as well as pearlessence effects. With the pearlessence effects we can also achieve a mother of pearl look to the glass.

Our mobile swatch box can be taken around to your customers so they can choose the required colour they need. Alternatively is is available as a cd rom to load onto your website so your customers can simply view the site and pick their colour.

Spraycoat can be sprayed onto monolithic glass such as toughened/tempered as well as textured and float with stunning results. Alternatively it can be resin laminated after it has been applied.

The Spraycoat resins have been extensively tested with an average light fastness of 7+, spraycoat resins have a 10 year internal (monolithic) and a 10 year external (when laminated) guarantee.

The spraycoat resins are used extensively in New Zealand and Australia for splashbacks and curtain walling.

To produce translucent colour, simply use the transparent colour range and add our white pigment.
